Ways to Give

It takes a community to protect our precious lakes

Our waters are more at risk than ever before. One lake inside our watershed now suffers from an invasive plant infestation and an algal bloom.

2021 was our most successful year ever thanks to you! We exceeded our goal of $140,000 and raised $148,644 from 426 individual and corporate donors! We are beyond grateful to all of you for your support.

Your gift will allow us to keep going strong – supporting us to continue our mission to work as a community for clean and healthy lakes, ponds, and streams in our watershed. We offer a variety of ways for you to contribute, from one-time gifts to recurring gifts at whatever level works for you. Gifts large and small are all impactful.

Or mail your donation to 3o Mile River Watershed Association, P.O. Box 132, Mount Vernon, ME 04352. Thank you!

Good news, changes to the charitable tax law:
The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act creates charitable giving incentives for gifts made in 2021 to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, like 30 Mile. All taxpayers can deduct total charitable contributions of up to $300. Donors who itemize can fully deduct cash gifts equal to as much as 100 percent of their adjusted gross income.
